End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you and JJ Labs (“Developer”), the developer of Easy NAS Player (the “App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App and delete it from your TV.
1. License
Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on LG webOS TVs that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, under this Agreement and the usage rules of the LG Content Store.
The App is licensed, not sold. Developer and its licensors keep all rights not expressly granted to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent or sublicense the App, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law allows it. Open source components included in the App are licensed under their own licenses (Settings > About > Open Source Licenses), which prevail for those components.
2. Your content and your NAS
The App only displays and plays files from network storage (NAS) that you connect it to with your own account. You are responsible for that storage, your account and for having the right to view the content stored on it. The App does not upload, modify or delete your files.
3. LG Electronics is not responsible for the App
This Agreement is between you and Developer only, not with LG Electronics Inc. or its affiliates. LG Electronics Inc., its affiliates and each of their officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, licensees, successors and assigns (the “LG Parties”) are not responsible for the App or its content, and have no liability whatsoever in connection with the App, including its sale, distribution, use, performance or non-performance.
The LG Parties have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Developer alone is responsible for support; see section 9.
4. LG as third-party beneficiary
You and Developer agree that the LG Parties are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement with respect to the provisions that exclude or limit their liability, and that upon your acceptance of this Agreement the LG Parties have the right (and are deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce those provisions against you.
5. No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. Developer does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will play every file or work with every NAS model, DSM version or network. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties; in that case the exclusions apply only to the extent permitted, and you keep the statutory rights that cannot be waived.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither Developer nor the LG Parties will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, content, profits or use, arising out of or related to the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The App is free of charge; Developer’s total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App, if any. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Countries and export
The App may be installed and used only in the countries and regions in which it is offered through the LG Content Store for your TV, and only on LG webOS TVs. It may not be available, and may not be used, in other countries or where its use is prohibited by law.
You must comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws, including those of the Republic of Korea and the United States. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a comprehensive embargo and are not on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
8. Changes and termination
Developer may update the App or this Agreement; the version shown in the App applies. This license ends automatically if you breach this Agreement. You may end it at any time by deleting the App. Sections 3 to 7 survive termination.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, except where the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
